We trade wheat flour from European and Turkish origin. Turkish origin flour is made from American, Canadian and Australian hard wheat. We deal with a very limited of millers who produce high spec wheat-flour for a variety of usages: baguette and croissants, biscuits, flat-bread, hamburger buns...

The standard bread-making flour is 11.5% protein and 28% gluten. It is packed in polypropylene bags with a 4-ply kraft inner liner or in single polypropylene bags. We export to over 12 destinations in West and East Africa and the Red Sea.

We can supply wheat-flour to any port, or inland location. The minimum size we can ship is 220 Metric Tons Net.
